NonStop Consulting is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in the East Midlands area on a permanent basis. The role is home based, so you will have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a good work-life balance. They offer up to £45,000 per annum, so you will be well rewarded for your work.
Key Responsibilities:- The Supervising Social Worker will hold a manageable caseload of 10 - 12 foster families around the Leicestershire area.
- The role is supervision and support of the foster families, so you will not have to complete form f assessments on top, making your day-to-day more manageable.
- Very good salary - up to £45,000
- Good Ofsted rating
- Therapeutic independent fostering agency
- They have their own bespoke system that was designed by their Supervising Social Workers together with their admin and IT people. The system is very easy to use and designed to require less paperwork.
- 25 days of annual leave plus paid bank holidays.
