NonStop Consulting is working with a national children's charity with an excellent reputation, in order to help them find a Community based Family Support Worker for their family centres in Gloucestershire (in Cotswolds and in Stroud).
Key Responsibilities:
- The Family Support Workers will deliver targeted early help to families with children under 12, holding a caseload of approximately 12 families.
- The role involves weekly visits to family homes and other settings, completing early help assessments and developing SMART plans, coordinating multi-agency Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings.
