NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority, based in the South East of England, who are looking for a Head of Service for their Looked After, Leaving Care & Youth Offending Service! This role offers the opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to step into a Head of Service role, allowing you the chance to further your social work career, which will help increase your overall work satisfaction!

Responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership, vision and direction within your service area
- Ensuring practice and values deliver positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.
- Work closely with & report in to Strategic Director for Children’s Services
- Build and sustain strong staff teams & contribute towards continuous professional development within the service.
Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
- An up to date DBS check
- Experience working at Service Manager & Head of Service level within appropriate services
