Nonstop's Client in the East of England are looking to appoint a full-time Team Manager within the Fostering Support Team. This role includes no Form Fs, supervising social workers in helping to support foster carers, hybrid working and £45/h The Fostering Service meet a diverse set of needs, from recruiting local authority carers through to supporting family and friend's carers. The service is going through some exciting changes, which will provide ongoing opportunities and career development. JOB TYPE Full-time. 37 Hours/week, hybrid Working THE ROLE: You will be responsible for: Supervising social workers in helping to support foster carers Supervision, performance review of social workers Ensuring the highest professional standards and a good overall knowledge of relevant children's and fostering legislation, regulations and practice methods. roviding a supportive and efficient service to children, young people, their families and fostering families, ensuring that the needs of children and their parents and carers are professionally assessed. You will be investigating, evaluating and analysing information on cases, demonstrating clarity of assessment, reliability of information, evidence in conclusions and realistic action plans.
