Location: Exeter or Truro, covering Devon & Cornwall Salary: £50,715 – £60,500 + £5,100 car allowance Hours: 37 hours per week NonStop Care is working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the South West. This agency follows a therapeutic fostering model and is dedicated to providing high-quality support to children, young people, and foster carers. Responsibilities Oversee a team of 25 staff across two offices (Exeter & Truro). Work closely with two experienced Team Managers for support. Be the Ofsted Registered Manager, driving the service from Good to Outstanding. Manage 123 foster families across Cornwall and Devon. Shape and grow the fostering service while ensuring compliance with fostering regulations.
