Our client, a global materials science and digital identification solutions business operating across 50+ countries, is seeking a Site Lead to run day-to-day operations at their High Wycombe distribution site, supporting a variety of their divisions.
The Role
You'll take full ownership of on-site operations β driving productivity, safety, and compliance while building a high-performing local team. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of a site serving world-class sports brands, including Premier League clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and policy compliance
- Lead, motivate and develop local operational teams against performance targets
- Work cross-functionally to streamline processes and implement site improvements
- Manage site budgeting, resourcing, and operational planning
- Act as primary point of contact for site issues, facilities management, and escalations
What You'll Bring

- Strong grasp of process optimisation, resource allocation, and team development
- A solid understanding of the sports/teamsports segment
- Knowledge of license management
