NonStop Consulting are working with a well established local authority in the South East who are looking for an Assistant Team Manager to join their MASH Team. They are looking for someone who is passionate about helping children and families, and who would be able to integrate smoothly into their team & become a part of their stable & supportive working environment.

Responsibilities:- As an ATM you will not have to carry a caseload, you will aid the Team Manager in the up-keep of CPD & developing training for the team.
- You will be supervising a team of social workers as they carry out their cases, ensuring they are managed efficiently and are carrying out their tasks to the best of their ability, to provide the best possible outcome for Children & Families under their care.
