A global, market-leading life sciences organisation is seeking an experienced Documentation Specialist to support the formalisation and remediation of core global operating procedures within its Global Channel Operations (GCO) function. This is a time-critical 3-month contract with strong possibility of extension, focused on delivering audit-ready, standardised documentation to support consistent global execution following a period of organisational change.

Role Overview

The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for updating legacy governance documentation and creating formal documentation for newly established global frameworks, dashboards, and operating standards. The role sits at the intersection of operations, quality, audit, and governance, requiring someone who can quickly absorb complex cross-functional processes and translate them into clear, structured, compliant documentation. You will work with stakeholders across Global Channel Operations, Regional Commercial Operations, Quality, Audit, Legal, and Reporting to ensure all documentation accurately reflects current ways of working and meets internal Quality and Audit expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, structured documentation for 10 new global GCO frameworks delivered in 2025
  • Document governance models, workflows, roles
  • Comfortable managing multiple deliverables under tight timelines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently while engaging stakeholders when required

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technical Writing, Operations, Quality Management, or related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
