NonStop Care are working with a very well known Children's Charity, who are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their new, specialist children's home which is based in Croydon. This role will give you access to fantastic development and training opportunities, as well as an attractive salary! This opportunity will allow you to work with a very well known children's charity, giving you greater access to specialist, award winning therapeutic training, allowing you to provide the best possible care to service users!

  • Responsibilities
    • Helping to develop staff by modelling high standards of professionalism
    • Taking lead on shift management duties
    • Assisting management team with Ofsted inspection readiness when needed
    • Supporting team members to ensure best possible practice
  • Requirements
    • Previous experience within Children's residential (minimum 2-3 years)
    • NVQ level 3 & willingness to work toward level 5
    • Previous experience with supervision & shift lead
    • Clear & enhanced DBS
