We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting customers in their homes across Swindon. If you have at least 1 year of care experience, a full UK driving licence, and a passion for leading others while delivering outstanding care - we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Leading and supervising a team of Domiciliary Care Workers
  • Developing, implementing and reviewing person-centred care plans
  • Promoting independence, dignity, choice and privacy in care delivery
  • Building strong relationships with customers, families and health care professionals
  • Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with safety regulations
  • Travelling between customer’s homes using your own vehicle

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional care experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for work use
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including 2-3 evenings per week (up to 22:00) and alternate weekends
  • Confident in reading, writing and carrying out basic arithmetic
  • Understanding of social care values and a person-centred approach
  • Non-judgemental, patient, and supportive attitude
  • Commitment to ongoing training and development
  • Ability to lead and support care staff with guidance from the Care Supervisor and Registered Manager
  • Fluent in English
