NonStop Consulting is working with a Local Authority in the South West of England area, in order to help them find an Adults Social Worker who can join their Safeguarding Team on a locum basis. This is a hybrid role offering you the flexibility to do some of the work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Social Worker will work with vulnerable adults and connect them to resources that help them continue with their chosen life, either with support or independently.
- You will also be working with individuals to help them to regain control of their lives in a crisis.
- They use a model that re-emphasises focus on people, their strengths and the networks and community around them.
