The Opportunity: As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring outstanding care is delivered while driving quality, compliance and sustainable growth. - Lead the operational management of a high-quality domiciliary care service.
- Complete client consultations, care assessments and personalised care planning.

About You: We’re looking for someone who leads by example and is passionate about providing outstanding care. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience as a Registered Manager, or significant experience as a Deputy Manager looking to progress.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support service growth.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
