NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted Children's Residential Service in the heart of Birmingham, who are seeking a Team Leader to join their home. This is an opportunity to join a high performing and supportive team. There are also some Deputy Manager positions available for experienced candidates.

  • Managing and supporting care staff to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people.
  • Ensuring adherence to care plans, regulatory guidelines, and the home's objectives.
