With continued growth across its European operations, the company is seeking an experienced Biocides Regulatory Team Leader to oversee a talented group of regulatory specialists managing submissions, renewals, and complex biocidal projects under the EU Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR 528/2012).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of regulatory professionals working on EU Biocides Regulation (BPR 528/2012) projects
- Allocate resources, monitor workloads, and ensure project delivery within scope, timelines, and budget
- Provide senior-level guidance on complex biocidal submissions, renewals, and regulatory challenges
- Develop team skills through mentoring, training, and technical supervision
- Support strategic communication between the team, management, and business development functions
- Contribute to recruitment decisions, performance discussions, and motivation initiatives
- Collaborate with other team leaders and business units to ensure consistent standards and shared best practices
- Participate in company visibility and outreach activities across regulatory networks and forums
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of EU Biocides Regulation (BPR 528/2012) and related national frameworks
- Proven experience managing biocidal submissions, renewals, and dossier preparation (R4BP3, IUCLID)
- Understanding of data requirements, risk assessments, and regulatory guidance interpretation
- Experience leading and motivating teams within a regulatory or scientific environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to engage both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional EU languages advantageous
