This is an excellent opportunity to join a child-focused service that is committed to restorative practice, professional development, and achieving the best outcomes for children and families. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will manage complex and sensitive cases, providing specialist advice, professional consultation, and support to colleagues across the service. You will be responsible for undertaking high-quality assessments, analysing information, developing evidence-based plans, and ensuring that children and foster families receive the right support at the right time. The role requires a holistic approach to practice, considering each child within the context of their family, education, health, social networks, and wider community. You will also ensure all case management is completed in line with statutory requirements, fostering regulations, and council policies and procedures. The position is hybrid working, with attendance in the office required a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
