NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East Midlands for an experienced Social Worker to join their Assessment team as an Advanced Practitioner. The ideal candidate will have experience in carrying out assessments and strive towards the highest level of diligence towards their service users.
This position offers flexible hybrid working options, allowing you to maximise your time spent working from the comfort of your own home and manage your own caseload and diary, meaning you’ll create a fantastic work life balance. - Undertake an assessment of the need for early help.

Requirements:
