You\’ll be joining a proactive and supportive Access and Wellbeing Team focused on prevention, enablement, and strength-based support. This includes medium to longer-term social work interventions, safeguarding enquiries, reassessments, and reviews.
Key Requirements
Must be available to be physically present in the office 3 days per week
Role includes:
Home visits
Joint working with other professionals
Duty responsibilities About You:
Qualified and progressed Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
Completing Care Act assessments
Court of Protection and Human Rights assessments
