Key Responsibilities:
The Adoption Social Worker will carry out all aspects of adoption, from adopter recruitment, preparation, assessment and approval through to linking, matching, placing and supporting children with their adoptive or permanence family. The role covers the North East of England, however there will be a requirement to attend a monthly meeting at their office in Yorkshire.

- Qualified Social Worker
- Experience in adoption, permanence, fostering, child protection or looked after children
- Full driving licence
