Therapeutic Supervising Social Worker

Location: Kent

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

We are seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join a well-regarded Independent Fostering Agency based in Kent. This agency operates with a therapeutic approach, is rated Good by Ofsted, and has built an excellent reputation within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will provide guidance and support to a small caseload of 7 fostering households across Kent and South London. The role does not involve completing Form F assessments, as the agency works with independent assessors for this.

This is a hybrid position, giving you the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
