Supervising Social Worker – Up to £42,000 – Hybrid – Good Ofsted
NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the Berkshire area, who are looking for an experienced supervising social worker to join their fostering service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fostering & will be keen to join their close knit service!
This position offers very flexible working, with very little office requirement which allows you to maximise your time spent at home and create a fantastic work life balance!

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality supervision to foster carers ensuring that they meet the needs of children and young people in their care.
- Regularly visit, assess, and support foster carers during the process of obtaining and maintaining approval
- Deliver training and assessments to Foster Carers
- Attend meetings and reviews
Requirements:
- Experience within a fostering team.
- An accredited qualified social work degree
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the fostering process, regulations, and policies
- Current professional registration with Social Work England
- A full UK driving license
