NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established social and health care provider in Croydon and is looking for a Deputy Manager to join the management of a small, 4 bedded home for children and young people. This is a permanent role that comes with benefits and long-term stable career opportunity.
Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager:
As a Deputy Manager you will work closely with the registered manager to ensure the home is run to the highest standards of care. Being part of the leadership team, you will also help in developing more junior staff.
