NonStop Care is currently working with an Ofsted rated 4 bed EBD home in the Hayes, West London area looking for a Registered Manager to run their home. This small children's home is embedded in quiet local communities to provide a safe and nurturing home environment with intensive support packages for up to 4 young people aged 8-16 who require short term care.

This is an excellent opportunity that offers home working flexibility and freedom to manage your own workload, giving you a better work/life balance.

Responsibilities:
  • To manage a Residential Home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, policies and the Statement of Purpose for the home.
  • To produce a development plan for the service that ensures the delivery of high quality, clinically informed practice.
  • To support staff to achieve the highest standards of care for the residents.
  • To co-ordinate and monitor casework and administrative functions of the home and evaluate standards of performance.
