Salary up to £56,900 (raising to £63,000 in 18 months)

NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the East Midlands area in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis. This is a home based role, allowing you to have a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a good work-life balance.

Responsibilities of the Registered Fostering Manager:

The Registered Fostering Manager will join a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating and an excellent reputation. They are a therapeutic fostering agency, so the Registered Manager will put an emphasis on trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches. The Registered Fostering Manager will report to the Operations Director and will oversee a very stable and friendly team, which includes Deputy Managers, Supervising Social Workers, Panel Members and some admin people.
