Location: Northampton
Salary: up to £55,000 but flexible depending on experience
NonStop Consulting is working with a small, family owned independent fostering agency that are looking for a new Registered Fostering Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a strong manager who knows how to stabilise a team and support the agency in achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating.

The Role
- Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight of the agency
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and work towards improving the rating
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and positive outcomes of children in care
Requirements
- Registered with Social Work England
- Full UK driving licence
- Management experience within fostering services
- Experience working with Ofsted and regulatory compliance
