Process Operative
£32,096.64 per annum / £15.34 per hour
4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off) between the hours of 6 – 6

We are recruiting a Production Process Operativeto join our Process Department at ourBridgwaterDairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the raw milk intake, fresh milk processing, cream processing, cream export reclaim area and chemical offload area. As well as carry out lab testing to analyse, record and report lab results in relation to all required processing lab tests.
Responsibilities of a Process Operative will include:
- Checking and recording of all relevant paperwork
- Sampling and testing of raw products
- Loading tankers
- Liaising with the other production departments
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Operate equipment and processes effectively, including asset care, maximising output, adherence to plan, waste reduction and cost savings
- Undertake any other duties as required
- Quality assurance
Experience required for a Process Operative to join us:
- Quality assurance
- Manufacturing experience – ideally in a food environment
- Production experience – ideally in a food environment
