A high-profile digital transformation programme is seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to support the design and build of a new Source-to-Contract (S2C) platform. This role plays a key part in reshaping procurement and contract management across a major UK government organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure S2C modules (e.g. sourcing, supplier management, contracts)
- Lead integration design between S2C and wider Oracle ERP, EPM, and HCM platforms
- Support tooling decisions and produce technical documentation
- Automate and streamline workflows to enhance procurement efficiency
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience with Jaggaer or similar S2C platforms
- Solid background in Oracle ERP / EPM / HCM environments
- Knowledge of integration platforms and secure data exchange
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g. Python, Shell)
- Deep understanding of procurement workflows and contract lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical leadership
Must-Have:
- Eligibility for SC Clearance
- Ability to work onsite in Bristol 2-3 days per week (occasional travel to Blackpool)
