Head of Fostering
Location: East of England
salary up to Β£72,000 per annum + Β£1,200 car allowance
NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the East of England area, in order to help them find a Head of Fostering who can join them on a permanent basis.
This is a hybrid working role, allowing you to have a good work β life balance.
Responsibilities of the Head of Fostering:
The Head of Fostering will oversee a very stable team of 2 Team Managers and 9 Supervising Social Workers. The service has 112 fostering households.
This is for a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating. Their last inspection was this year so you will not have to worry about another Ofsted inspection happening soon.

Requirements:
