Nonstop Care is working with a reputable independent fostering agency in the West Midlands, who are looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner or Team Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day practice of the fostering team, including direct management of a team of Social Workers and Support Workers
- Provide support, deliver training, and ensure all regulatory standards are met
- Work alongside the Registered Manager
Requirements:
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
- Driver's license
- Management experience within fostering or a strong Senior Practitioner background
