NonStop Consulting is looking for a permanent Fostering Senior Practitioner who can join a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in the Essex area. This is for a not-for-profit Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, so it is a very nice place to work for. They are also therapeutic and they provide ongoing therapeutic training.

Responsibilities of the Fostering Senior Practitioner:
They are looking for a Senior Practitioner who will hold a small caseload of 4 foster families and who will support 3 Supervising Social Workers with their day-to-day tasks. In this role, you will not be doing Form Fs, no duty, no initial visits - just supervision to the existing carers + provide support and supervision to 3 SSWs.
