NonStop Care is looking for a Fostering Manager to join an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating on a permanent basis. They are therapeutic and offer a lot of flexibility with home working, allowing for a good work-life balance.

Responsibilities of the Fostering Manager:

  • The Fostering Manager will oversee a service that has 68 children placed.
  • They will manage a stable team of 6 Supervising Social Workers and a Team Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Fostering Manager role
  • Knowledge of the fostering legislation and Ofsted requirements
  • Social Worker degree
  • Driving license
