Job Description

Location: Carlisle Cumberland

Salary : 18 per hour

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable charities in Carlisle in order to help them find a Family Practitioner full-time or part-time.

This Charity supports families and children and they have an Outstanding reputation, well-established since 150 years ago.The role involves working with children, YP and families who are going through change, challenge or crisis. Do you enjoy delivering intervention based support to children and families? There are 2 roles, one is focused on delivering assessments to parent carers and the 2nd opportunity is more focused on offering support to young carers, working with families and supporting young people.

You will be working across the whole of Cumberland hybrid working policy. You will driving to clients when needed. You must be a driver and have access to a car to be eligible for this role. The roles have the option of both part-time and full-time hours. The role is autonomous and you can organise your own schedule.

Responsibilities of the Family Practitioner:

  • direct work with children, young people and their families
  • delivering evidence based interventions
  • undertaking assessments to child and adults

Requirements:

Must be a driver and have access to own car

Must have experience working with children and young people and their families and/or carers
