Deputy Manager -EBD home -£37,000-step up to Registered

NonStop Care are working with a newly established Children's home based in Doncaster, who are looking for a Deputy Manager for their 2 bed Children's EBD home. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Deputy or Team Lead, who would be keen on stepping into a Registered Manager role in the next 2-3 months

Responsibilities -

  • Work closely with the Register Manager to ensure effective management of the Company, to contribute strategically to planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
  • Responsible for supervising and supporting staff members, this includes recruitment, training, and performance management. Also involved with providing guidance and support for staff members

Requirements;

  • Residential childcare experience
  • Up to date DBS & licence
  • NVQ level 3 or 4
