NonStop Care has an exciting opportunity with an Outstanding Ofsted local authority, located in the Berkshire area, who are looking for an experienced Lead IRO or Manager to join their service as a Conference & Review Manager. This role will see you working closely with the senior management team to ensure best possible practice across the authority!

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee a team of IRO's & support staff
- Work closely with & report in to the Head of Quality Assurance
- To maintain effective monitoring and quality assurance within the team to ensure CLA Reviews, Child Protection Conferences and Allegations against Staff and Volunteers enquiries are conducted in accordance with policy and regulations.
- To directly contribute to the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF).
- To maintain processes and mechanisms for measuring, reporting on and monitoring, to assure and improve the quality of practice within the team and across CSC.
