Commercial Property Lawyer (Bath | Hybrid)

Job Title: Commercial Property LawyerLocation: Bath (Hybrid working available)Salary: From Β£40,000 – Β£70,000 (DOE)Hours: 9:00 am – 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday (flexible working considered)

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters, including:

Property acquisitions and disposalsLeases, lease renewals, and lease managementDevelopment work and property financeSupporting corporate transactionsCollaborating with in-house specialists across planning, litigation, construction, and residential departments
