CHEMICAL BLENDER OPERATIVE
MONDAY – FRIDAY: 7.30AM – 4.00PM
£28,000 INCREASING TO £32,000 WHEN FULLY TRAINED
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a CHEMICAL BLENDER OPERATIVEto join our well-established client based in SHENSTONEon a full-time permanent basis.

This isa practical, hands-on and self-motivated Blending Operative position where you will join a Chemical Blending Team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties
- Blend chemical products to meet production schedules
- Transfer and replenish raw materials
- Assist with laboratory-based quality testing
- Follow strict health & safety instructions for dealing with hazardous goods
Essential Skills
- A minimum of two years experience working in a factory or production environment, ideally with chemicals or multiple ingredients
- A current counterbalance FLT licence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent numeracy skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident computer skills
- Hands on style and well suited to a physical role
- A flexible approach to support the team and happy to complete overtime or occasional shifts where necessary
- Your own transport as the company will be relocating in spring 2026 within a 15-minute commute from Shenstone
- Experience in a Blender role is essential
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience of blending products such as cleaning, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage
- Following processes, recipes, measuring quantities, quality checking
- Happy with overtime (weekdays and occasional weekends) and occasional shifts (6-2/2-10)
Training
- Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
