Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Alarm System Implementation Specialist to join a UK Gov Authority (specialised in defence) on a 24 months contract basis in Porton Down, Salisbury.
Role context:
The GOV Facility requires to improve its alarms management model which will identify critical steps to protect against Major Accident Hazard (MAH) potential risks and bolster implementation of the Alarms Policy across the facility. The post holder will work with the management to devise an implementation plan to include upskilling of existing resource to enable alarm management across the building
Essential:
- Work in a SC Cleared Environment – Candidates holding active SC will benefit of immediate start date

Experience in the implementation and operation of alarm systems such as: Trend, Vista, Schneider Systems (EcoStruxure) and Sauter Systems

Previous experience working on alarm systems in a large organisation.

Working with engineering team on site to discuss protocols.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the principles of The Engineering Equipment and Materials Users Association (EEMUA) Publication 191
- Electrical engineering experience
