Nonstop Care is working with a well-established local authority based in the Reading area who are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Adoption & Permanence team on a Permanent basis. This role offers Hybrid working allowing you to manage your time more efficiently and allow for a greater Work/Life balance.
Responsibilities:
- You will hold a caseload that will focus on completing Viability, Regulation 24, Private Fostering and full assessments of prospective Family & Friends Carers and prospective Special Guardians, for children and young people.
