What you will be doing
- Lead and support design work on major fusion sub-systems from concept through to detailed design
- Take ownership of design aspects for assigned systems/components, including repair, replacement and upgrade activities
- Develop and implement systems for managing design requirements, interfaces and compliance
- Ensure designs are validated and compliant with design standards and manufacturing/assembly/maintenance methods
- Deliver projects to the satisfaction of internal and external customers within agreed timelines
