The role:
- Lead and manage the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programme, which includes a programme team, core programme activity, Finance Project, HR Project and IT Project.
- Resource the programme with skilled and capable contributors, building a delivery-focused, resilient and high performing team.
Requirements:
- Eligible to get CTC/SC Cleared (ideally active for a quicker start).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large scale transformation programmes incorporating delivery of new technology, finance and HR functions and services.
- Experience in ERP - Oracle and SAP.
- Experience in public sector.
Desirable:
- Experience of implementing the Workday ERP system.
