We are seeking an experienced Oracle Design Lead to join a major government transformation programme on an initial 12-month contract.
Location: London - Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite)
Rate: Up to £800 per day, Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:

Lead functional design across Oracle ERP, HR, Finance and Commercial.

Own and shape functional design decisions across a major transformation programme.

Manage design governance, solution reviews and design authority.

Coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams and suppliers.

Oversee risks, issues, dependencies and programme delivery plans.

Ensure functional designs align with wider programme objectives and future operating models.

Provide recommendations and updates to senior stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:

Strong Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion functional design experience.

Experience delivering large-scale change and transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of ERP functional design and process integration.

Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder and multi-supplier environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong governance, planning, RAID and assurance experience.
-
Active SC Security Clearance required.
