We are seeking an experienced RBAC Lead to provide leadership, governance and assurance across a major Defence sector digital transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the RBAC strategy, governance, roadmap and assurance.
- Assure supplier RBAC design against security and architecture standards.
- Ensure least privilege, segregation of duties, auditability and role lifecycle controls.
- Work across business, security, architecture, data, testing and supplier teams.
- Identify and manage RBAC risks, issues, dependencies and exceptions.
- Support access reviews, testing and future operational RBAC processes.
- Challenge supplier designs and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Essential Experience
- Strong experience leading/assuring RBAC and access governance in complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of IAM, least privilege, SoD, Secure by Design and access lifecycle management.
- Strong supplier assurance and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Oracle Fusion / ERP experience desirable.
