We’ve helped grow clients and communities to over 2 million followers and have hit 1 billion video views across TikTok. Position Overview We’re looking for a Videographer to help lead the charge in creating visually brilliant, TikTok-first content for some of the UK’s most exciting brands. You’ll be directing creators on set, running TikTok Shop live streams, capturing content in fast-paced environments, and travelling across the UK and Europe to make stories come alive on screen. From lo-fi native TikToks to polished product shots and multi-cam live setups, you’ll need to be confident in every kind of production. The ideal person is equal parts filmmaker, creative collaborator, and calm-in-the-chaos problem solver. You know what’s trending, you know how to make content people actually watch, and you’re not afraid to take the lead on set or in the studio. This is a senior hands-on role for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, is obsessed with visual storytelling, and understands how TikTok has changed the game. Key Responsibilities Filming & Directing Plan, direct and shoot short-form video content for TikTok Lead on-set production, managing lighting, framing, sound, and multiple takes, all with TikTok pacing and tone in mind. Direct creators, talent, and clients during shoots, keeping the energy up and the performances platform-appropriate. Capture everything from raw UGC-style clips to cinematic product shots, depending on the campaign style. Make talent feel comfortable and confident, even when filming under pressure or in public spaces. TikTok Shop Live Streaming Set up and produce TikTok Shop live streams for a range of clients—working across lighting, audio, camera angles, and overlays. Work closely with hosts, creators, and brand reps to brief them and guide them through each stream. Troubleshoot live tech (OBS, streaming software, signal issues) and ensure smooth, high-quality delivery. Capture supporting content during or around livestreams—behind-the-scenes clips, pre-rolls, TikToks from the set, etc. Travel-Ready Production Travel frequently across the UK and Europe for shoots, pop-ups, events, and brand activations. Lead shoots independently or with small teams, adapting quickly to new environments and client needs. Own logistics on the ground, scouting locations, setting up gear, and managing the shoot schedule independently or with a small team. Technical Craft Able to film great content with an iPhone Also confident across DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment. Manage footage transfer, shoot documentation, and shoot prep logistics. Be able to edit where needed, utilising Premier Pro or CapCut, especially when speed or polish is required Mentoring and helping grow a junior team Skills, Experience, & Characteristics Has 3 to 5 years experience in shooting and producing digital content, ideally for TikTok or Reels Can direct talent and creators on set while keeping things fast-paced and fun. Is happy to travel regularly (sometimes last minute), manage gear, and adapt to different shoot environments. Has a portfolio that shows a mix of branded content and social-first creativity. Understands TikTok culture, storytelling formats, and content that converts or entertains. Some live streaming experience would be beneficial Experience with OBS or a similar program is helpful but not required. Works well in a team, but can also run a shoot solo when needed. Ideally based in or near London, with flexibility to travel regularly Proven experience in content production, ideally in an agency or social-first environment.
