We’re the UK’s top TikTok agency, and we’re hiring a Creative to craft ideas that entertain, engage, and feel perfectly placed on TikTok. If you love the weird, the witty, and the wildly shareable, read on.
Here’s what you’ll do for us
- Develop original TikTok content concepts for brand campaigns in collaboration with the account and production teams.
- Write compelling creative scripts that outline the vision for TikTok content.
- Understand brand tone and audience and translate that into highly shareable TikTok ideas.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends and emerging formats to incorporate the latest developments into creative strategies.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the creative vision is executed flawlessly.
- Present concepts and creative treatments to internal teams and clients.
- Iterate on creative based on performance metrics, client feedback, and platform updates.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for campaigns including our Meme Factory
Skills, experience and characteristics
- You\’ll be a TikTok expert, ideally active on TikTok yourself
- Great understanding of meme culture
- Proven experience in developing creative concepts for TikTok or other social media platforms.
- Ability to work across a variety of different clients in verticals you may not have worked in before
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a focus on visual and narrative creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong copywriting skills, particularly in crafting engaging short-form content.
