Join the UK’s Leading TikTok Agency
We’re Nonsensical, the UK’s leading TikTok agency. We help brands show up, stand out, and blow up on TikTok. From viral restaurants like Urban Tandoor, to leading B2B brands, global banks, and huge beauty brands. We’re a full service TikTok agency. That means one day you could be working building an organic strategy for a brand, launching a TikTok influencer campaign or launching global make up brands on TikTok Shop. And now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to help lead the charge.
About the role
You’ll be leading day-to-day TikTok campaigns for some of the UK’s most exciting brands - from content planning to creator collaboration, from briefing editors to reporting back viral campaigns. You’ll be the glue between clients, creators and our internal teams - keeping everything working, on brand and on time. This is a role for someone who gets TikTok. Not just how it works, but why things blow up. You’ve got an eye for trends, a head for strategy, and the confidence to lead accounts, guide clients, and challenge ideas (nicely).
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead client comms – build trusted relationships and become their go-to for everything TikTok.
- Own TikTok accounts – oversee content calendars, strategy, and performance.
- Brief creators & talent – work closely with our in-house and freelance creators to bring ideas to life.
- Join ideation sessions – including our weekly Meme Factory to keep things fresh and fun.
- Report on results - turn TikTok metrics into meaningful insights that shape future content.
- Stay ahead of trends – always know what’s about to pop off.
- Attend shoots – make sure what’s captured hits the mark, every time.
What we’re looking for:
- You live and breathe TikTok - and probably send friends too many weird videos.
- Experience managing client accounts – ideally in an agency or fast-paced content environment.
- Creative instinct – you know what makes a great hook, a killer edit, and a thumb-stopping post.
- Super organised - juggling multiple clients, briefs and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Confident communicator - with clients, creatives, and everyone in between.
- Cool under pressure - you get sh*t done, even when it gets a little chaotic.
- Bonus: experience working with TikTok creators or influencers.
What else do we offer:
- Creative Half-Days – Every quarter, take a half-day and £50 to do something that inspires you. A class, a gallery, a random frog pottery workshop, your call.
- Learning Fund – £200 a year to spend on books, audiobooks, and content that fuels your brain.
- Bonus Leave Days – Birthday? Wedding? Moving house? Have the day off on us, no annual leave used.
Sound like your kind of thing? We’re a team built on passion, driven by creativity, always led by curiosity, and grounded in honesty. If that sounds like you, let’s make great things together. Hit apply and show us what you’ve got.
