We’re a full-service TikTok agency. That means one day you might be analysing TikTok Shop data to scale a creator campaign, and the next you’re developing a live shopping strategy or launching a new brand store.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead growth on TikTok Shop for key clients – from strategy and store optimisation to content and conversion.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel strategies that connect organic content, creators, ads, and live shopping to drive measurable sales.
  • Own TikTok Live strategy and execution – planning live schedules, selecting hosts or creators, briefing content, and analysing performance to maximise GMV.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop operations – from product listings, promo planning and affiliate management to order flow and performance tracking.
  • Identify winning products and trends using platform data, insights, and your own instincts for what converts on TikTok.
  • Collaborate with creators and influencer teams to build campaigns that drive both awareness and sales.
  • Work closely with internal creative and media teams to test formats, optimise content, and scale performance through iterative testing.
  • Own client relationships — presenting insights, managing expectations, and steering strategies that deliver commercial results.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, setting standards for execution and creative excellence across all Shop projects.
  • Support new business – contributing to proposals, creative ideation and representing TikTok Shop thinking in pitches.

Skills, experience and characteristics

  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop – including analytics, , affiliate systems, and content commerce connection.
  • Strong client-facing experience -confident leading calls, presenting insights, and managing relationships at a senior level.
  • Good experience in eCommerce or performance marketing, ideally across TikTok, Meta, or influencer-led commerce.
  • Background in beauty, skincare or lifestyle brands is a strong plus – understanding how storytelling and education drive conversion in those sectors.
  • Agency or brand-side experience managing TikTok Shop or social commerce performance.
  • Strong grasp of content that sells – understanding how creative, creators, and community drive conversions.
  • Data-driven mindset – confident in reading analytics, identifying insights, and communicating performance clearly.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with creators, clients and platform reps.
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure – able to juggle multiple campaigns while staying focused on results.
  • Curious about TikTok culture – you know the difference between a product trend and a passing meme.

Hours:

36.5 per week

Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm

Friday – 9am – 4.30pm

Step 4: Second Interview + Task

You’ll complete a small strategic or creative task (nothing wild) and present it back to your potential manager and the Chief Content Officer = a chance to show how you think, lead and create.
