And now, we’re looking for a Senior TikTok Account Manager to help lead the charge.

About the role

We’re after a strategic thinker, a trusted client partner, a creative spark, and a ruthless organiser – all rolled into one.

You’ll lead major client accounts, shape viral campaigns, and guide cross-functional teams to make magic happen, on time and on budget.

You’ll be the steady hand in the chaos of TikTok: a translator of briefs, a champion of bold ideas, and the person our clients trust to bring it all together.

What you’ll be doing

💬 Own key client relationships – become their go-to person, problem solver, and strategic partner.

📈 Lead campaign planning – from briefing to results, making sure every campaign delivers.

🧠 Run ideation sessions – bring bold ideas to the table and help shape them into TikTok gold.

🎯 Collaborate with creative teams – from in-house creators to influencers and editors.

🕵️ Analyse campaign performance – spot what’s working, tweak what’s not, and feed insights back.

🔍 Keep ahead of trends – be the one who knows what’s blowing up on TikTok before it blows up.

🎬 Attend shoots – making sure what’s filmed is on-brand, on-brief, and on fire.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in account management (agency-side ideal).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok: what works and what flops
  • Great at building presentations and presenting them to clients
  • Confident running multiple accounts, leading calls, and holding your own with senior clients.
  • Comfortable interpreting briefs, spotting gaps, and turning ideas into actionable plans.
  • A creative mindset – you don’t have to be a director, but you do need to know what good looks like.
  • Organised under pressure – calm in chaos, and a spreadsheet in human form when needed.
  • Data-savvy – know how to use performance metrics to tell a story and shape future work.
  • Experience managing campaigns with creators and influencers is a big plus.
