The role
We’re looking for an Apprentice Production Coordinator / Production Assistant to support our Producer and wider production team. This is an entry-level, behind-the-scenes role for someone who wants to learn how production really works, from planning and prep through to shoots and delivery. The role is admin-heavy, detail-focused and plays a key part in keeping productions organised and running smoothly, with plenty of opportunity to attend shoots and learn on the job. Alongside the role, you’ll complete a Level 3 Broadcast Media apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience while developing core production skills.

- Supporting the Producer with day-to-day production admin
- Assisting with scheduling, call sheets and production documentation
- Helping organise shoots, including logistics, timings and resources
- Supporting communication with internal teams, freelancers and suppliers
- Managing production paperwork, files and media assets
- Keeping folders, systems and documentation organised and up to date
- Supporting budget tracking, invoices and purchase orders where needed
- Preparing materials ahead of shoots and productions
- Attending shoots to support the Producer and production team
- Assisting with setup, coordination and on-the-day logistics
- Helping ensure shoots run smoothly and to schedule
- Supporting post-shoot organisation and wrap-up tasks
- Assisting with the organisation, labelling and delivery of media assets
- Supporting basic post-production workflows and handovers
- Learning how content moves from shoot through to final delivery
Learning & development
- Completing apprenticeship training and assessments
- Building a strong understanding of production workflows and terminology
- Developing confidence supporting productions in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for
You don’t need previous production experience, we’re looking for attitude, organisation and interest. This role could be a great fit if you:
- Want to work in production and understand how things work behind the scenes
- Are highly organised and comfortable with admin-heavy tasks
- Enjoy planning, coordination and attention to detail
- Are reliable, proactive and happy supporting others
- Are keen to learn, take feedback and grow over time
- An interest in film, digital content or social media production is a bonus, but not essential.
What we can offer you
- A creative half-day every 3 months to do something that inspires you (plus £50 towards it)
- A MacBook for work
- Adobe Creative Cloud access
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Travel and accommodation expenses covered for shoots
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, award-winning agency
- Support, training and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship
- Upon completion, the potential to progress into a full-time role within production (e.g. Production Assistant, Producer support roles, or related creative positions)
