The TikTok Live & Content Producer is responsible for the technical and practical execution of TikTok Shop livestreams and short-form content production. This is a hands-on production role. You will operate cameras, manage lighting and sound setups, run streaming software, and ensure livestreams run smoothly from a technical and production standpoint. You’ll work closely with the LIVE Director and account team to bring TikTok Shop broadcasts and social-first content to life. This role suits someone who enjoys fast-paced shoots, solving problems on the fly, and making content look great while keeping production moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and run TikTok Shop livestream production including camera, lighting, sound and streaming software (OBS / Streamlabs)
- Ensure all technical elements are working smoothly during broadcasts
- Support the LIVE Director by executing the Run of Show from a production standpoint
- Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot any technical issues in real time
- Ensure products, props and set design are properly prepared for the broadcast
- Film and support with short-form TikTok content (pre-heat)
- Operate camera and audio setups across studio shoots, retail environments and on-location filming
- Prepare and manage shoot logistics, equipment and production setups
- Coordinate with freelance videographers or crew when required
- Assist with call sheets, production schedules and shoot planning
- Ensure production environments are organised, efficient and ready to shoot
- Work closely with the Nonsensical LIVE and account teams to execute livestreams
- Support creators and presenters on set to ensure smooth production flow
- Contribute ideas to improve livestream formats and TikTok content production
Skills & Experience
- Experience producing social video or livestream content
- Confident operating cameras, lighting, sound and streaming software
- Experience using OBS, Streamlabs or similar livestream tools
- Comfortable working in fast-paced shoot environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of what makes TikTok content feel native and engaging
Bonus Experience
- TikTok Shop or social commerce experience
- Agency or production house background
- Experience filming creator-led content
- Basic editing knowledge (Adobe Premiere / CapCut etc.)
