We’re looking for a Paid Social Account Manager who knows how to turn smart strategy and cultural understanding into high-performing paid social campaigns on TikTok. You’ll be trusted to own and manage paid spend across social platforms, optimise performance, translate insight into action, and confidently lead conversations with clients around results, testing and growth.
If you understand how audiences behave on TikTok, know how to balance creative effectiveness with performance metrics, and can make paid social feel natural rather than overly “ad-y”, then we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own & lead the implementation of deliverables across your client accounts
- Create end to end TikTok strategies for your clients across paid, influencer, affiliate and TikTok Shop that deliver against key metrics
- Manage internal stakeholders effectively and efficiently to ensure work is being completed on time and to standard
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting calls effectively with senior external stakeholders without support
- Regularly scoping out the landscape of competitors & the relevant industry, on both TikTok shop and AdLibrary to ensure your strategy is cutting through the noise
- Play an active role in strategies around influencer and affiliate campaigns as well as TikTok Shop
- Strive to be an expert on TikTok paid, influencer affiliate and TikTok Shop
- Have a strong focus on retention of your clients and actively growing revenue of your existing clients through upsell
- Identifying new opportunities for client growth, across all your deliverables
- Monitor, track and report on client performance across paid, and escalating with solutions should there be any flags/concerns.
What we are looking for:
- Good understanding of e-commerce ecosystem for websites, TikTok Shop and other channels
- Good Paid social experience within an agency setting
- Good understanding of wider marketing channels and how they can impact conversion
- Good pressure management to ensure that you remain cool, calm & collected to clients and internal stakeholders
- You’ll be obsessed with TikTok and how to make content work
- You’ll be very creative, and able to develop new ideas - as well as know how to sell a product effectively on TikTok Shop
- Massively organised, with the ability to juggle lots of clients and tasks
- You can work under pressure and be able to turn round tasks with short deadlines
- You’ll have a great understanding of what creative drives results and why
- You’ll have a good understanding of TikTok Advertising and how to drive revenue for clients from paid media
- Very organised, with high attention to detail
- Flexible to adjust to last minute changes and forward-thinking in solving client problems that may arise
