We’re an independent Marketing Consultancy and Creative Studio based in London (hybrid working) with a team of thinkers and doers that work with some of the world's biggest brands, including AXA, NHS and Fox’s Burtons Biscuits. We build brand credibility by developing game-changing strategies and telling powerful stories in creative, authentic and innovative ways.
This role requires a positive and ambitious account handler who has a real passion and flair for managing client relationships and strong project delivery skills. Joining our high-performing Client Services team, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of clients, closely collaborating with all internal departments and acquiring new skills and experiences.
You’ll be able to manage multiple elements of different live projects on time and on budget. You need to be super collaborative, efficient and organised with hands-on experience of working in a similar client services role at an integrated, digital and/or creative agency.
- Management of projects on time, on budget, including reconciliation and reporting.
- Creation of scopes, costs, timing plans & change requests, as well as other required administration tasks, including ongoing management of status documents and updates.
- Timely and accurate booking of resource requirements with proactive forward planning.
- Collaborate closely with our SAM and SAD to ensure all projects are advancing according to scope and timeline, and with the best possible client experience.
- Confident written and verbal communication with and management of key client contacts.
- Building and using your client and brand knowledge to help shape our work.
3+ years relevant experience in a similar client facing/account management role.
- Proven project management skills with examples of having successfully delivered a range of creative projects such as content-led social and digital, film production and experiential.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Streamtime or similar.
- An understanding of creative and production processes, from brief to delivery, including experience of working directly with studio teams, e.g. designers, developers, editors.
- Super-organised with fantastic attention to detail and excellent written English and numeracy skills.
- Articulate, professional and personable with excellent overall time management.
- Experience working in health, FMCG or regulated markets preferable, but not required.
